Welding into the thick and pushing it to the thin really helped on the blow though, and the door closes now!

Space isn't really an issue. I think I'll go with a 30ish gallon 110 volt that's somewhat portable and then I'll do the upgrade later on.

I will stay away from por15 and use the epoxy and evercoat body filler. I cant wait to weld in and coat the panel! It will feel good to know it will last. Will tryout that Seam sealer at autozone!
