What size wheel spacer?

front sensor interference
i have a 2017 ram 1500 with the front bumper sensors. i would like to put a bull bar on the front but have read that it will interfere with the front sensors. is there a way to disable just the inside sensors the bar would obstruct or would i have to disarm all the entire sensor kit? -
