Hi all,
I've been searching around for this, but found no information so far. I'm thinking about installing an aftermarket head unit and was looking at the features I would lose or gain.
On the idatalink website it shows that some Kenwood units retain the Navigation Info Display in the Secondary Vehicle Display. The Pioneer and Alpine radios are not showing this as an option. I am assuming this isn't actually possible, as much as I wish it was. I haven't picked out a radio, but the Kenwood DDX9705S is one example that comes up with this option.
I have the 7" EVIC in my 2017 Ram 1500, 8.4" uconnect, and Alpine system. This doesn't seem likely, but wanted to see if anyone had experience here. Anyone have an aftermarket radio that still gives navigation in the EVIC?
