Hey all. New member. First post.
Garage parts changer.
Got an 07 1500 4wd 5 bolt wheels crew cab.
Going to redo the front end.
Would like input on my parts plus any that I'm missing. Looks like Walmart has serious low prices.
Hope I did this right plus that I'm in the right section
Thanks

Should of added some info to my first post.
Truck has 150 K miles.
Moving ourselves 600 miles with a new 6 x 12 enclosed single axle trailer. A few trips.
Thinking of adding a leaf and getting +2" 5100s for the rear shocks. Could raise the front billsteins the 2" to keep ride height.
Necessary?

Well ordered the air lift and the rear 5100 billsteins. Will get them Friday and that'll be my weekend project.

If you're going to be towing with it, I would leave the front height stock. You'll want to keep 2 - 3 inch rake for towing. If you lift the front, the rear will sit lower, when the trailer is hooked up. If the rear sits lower, the handling of the truck gets really messed up. The front end gets light and tends to wander at higher speeds. It's not a good feeling.

I got the 185783 Bilstein 0-1" rear plus the air lift kit going in this weekend. I'll check the height then maybe adjust the front bilstein 5100s.

Roger that!

Just a warning, those Bilstein adjustables are a pain in the ***. Once you get them setup, you probably aren't going to want to adjust them.
