12" 360L Is Garbage In My 2020 3500

I sent you one and you sent me the info you needed but like I said after a week of leaving it on FM only and then switching it back to sirius it works fine. No clue why but I obviously cant replicate the problem if its working right now and has been for a week. I have pictures but I know what they will so when taking to to the dealer.

Just spoke with the dealership service department and they have still not troubleshoot any of the other issues and no update as to what they are going to do about the 12" infotainment system. Supposedly the technician will look at it tomorrow. Just glad they put me in a loaner.

Well I didn't hear anything from the dealership about the status of my truck this past Friday or Saturday. I guess they don't mind me racking up the miles on their loaner and what's interesting is that the base radio/infotainment system in this loaner hasn't had the first problem. My gut was right about the 12" system being a potential nightmare.

For newbies reading this thread, my recommendation is to stay as far away as possible from the 12” systems. I looked at no less than six trucks - and walked away as soon as I saw they had the 12”. Look at the sticker or peek inside and always remember 12” is great for a meatball sub but a nightmare for a Ram owner.

Granted, there are exceptions such as my daughter-in-law who purchased in early September. Her 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie has the 12” and so far zero problems.
