14 ram 1500 tail lights

So, my tail light cracked and started that way a little too long, until the whole red lens flew off‍. Anyways they are the LED lights. Do I have to get a harness or resistor to get aftermarket lights? And I want black lights as well any recommendations as to what lights are available and if it can be a plug and play light

These have been good so far for me, occasionally ill get bulb out message on the passenger side after heavy rain or power washing but it goes away. They look great! And cant beat the price. They are rebranded Spyder auto tails.
No resisters needed.

I've had my Recons on for about a year now. No issues and they also have the third light smoked. I believe the site is www.gorecon.com
