Yes they will, it's the smallest size you can get over the brake calipers.

Did you get some and if so what were the specs of them? I Like more rubber than rim. Looking at 2012 or new now and am leaning towards 17's because I should have more tire options. That being said I replaced the factory 17's with centerlines on my 03. NOt all 17's fit over the calipers.

I put 17" Power Wagon wheels on my 2015 2500, no problems.

I wouldn't go that far to say all 17's are going to fit. I have 18" XD's and there's about 3mm of clearance between my caliper and the inside barrel.
