Finally figured out were the intercooler will be. It's on a 45deg angle...lol... :hat: will also run 2 cold case fans. Will add some cutouts for air vents on the front blade bumper when I build it.

This also clears that cool Ramsey winch :cool:and doesn't make the front bumper and wider:anitoof::birgits_tiredcoffee

Once the rear bracket is in place and intercooler installed, I'll be able to figure out the front bracket. Will cut it tomorrow morning.

Love making ch!te work with what I have on hand.

This sounded like a good idea. But looks horrible. So I'll just use it on the flat deck.

The front bumper would of been 14" wide.

Today's activities :birgits_tiredcoffee

Starting to adjust everything to know we're my side mounts for the fender will mount. Unfortunately my cab needs to go up another 1/4"

On the plus side that front bumper will look awesome :anitoof: Just need to go trace that template on the logic board. And print it out on steel. :birgits_tiredcoffee

Today's activities. Figuring out the bumpers placement

Yes I took a 100mg edible to help with the creative process.:hat:

This is why I love the plasma table, I was able to literally match the bumper to the curve of the truck.

I settled on 18 in high . Completely protects the intercooler and wants the 37s are on this truck I'll have like 6 in of clearance underneath it when my airbags are up

Got the 18" Blade bumper mock up done.

It ended up being the front grill that was crooked from the accident this thing had 30+y ago. The guy that owned it said he ditched it and it almost flipped

The wrap around the fender looks lame. What do you guys think of this instead?

This is my crazy idea for the bumper.

Use the triple diamond logo as the air intake for the Intercooler. :hat: not really liking my first design.

I think most us could care less what you listen to,we'd rather hear the machine working and cutting the steel. I can listen to music just by turning on a radio or whatever,i'd rather hear the plasma table working ,music is easy to come by:Big Laugh:
