Ill give it an extra 1/2" when I set the bumpstop height with the airbags :smoke2:

I could also add another leaf in the pack , but that sounds retarded and that's what a normal sane person would do. ;)

Or, you could cut out a 1/2" or 3/4" spacer and mount it to the bottom of the leaf. Only cost and trouble is cutting it and a new center bolt.

I've done that a few times.

I think I will copy this design for my frame side track bar bracket today :Big Laugh:

Also will need to modify the one thats on the Dana60

Havent used the plasma table in like 6 weeks. Thats some bullsh!t I need to rectify...lol...

TMR customs is awesome, its acutally only 76$ Cdn for that piece. Not even worth building it at that price. But Like everything else on my build, it wouldn't fit without any modification on my truck.

And I also found a decently priced Gen 3 Dodge NP271 T-case shift lever on eBay this morning, The ford one was engineered by ******* morons.

Today was a good day.

F550 hydrobost installed. Ordered a bunch of fittings and hose to hook everything up.

Shock is pretty close to the bag, I'll cut some 1/4 spacers on the plasma to move out the mounting bracket. Will also cut top protectors for the bags. As the included ones are absolute dog **** that just collect garbage and rust out.

I did install some Air lift cradles as well. To make up the difference so the internal bump stops hit.

The T-Case adapter also showed up. :peace: :smoke2: :anitoof:

Got my buddy to make my high pressure PS line. A 4000psi hose should be good enough ;)

Dont worry the low pressure side will all be AN fittings ;) Those morons at Ford sure like making everything more complicated with all different thread pitch on the Hydroboost and PS box. Must be why they like to eat **** so much.

But I wanted some good hose in that area due to the fact that I cant secure it all properly. Will also wrap it with hydraulic hose protector.

The price of fittings has sky rocketed in the last 1/2 dozen years or so,

Sounds like work, no thanks :smoke2: I got to install this next anyways ;)
This one should have at least a foot of drop so my flat deck can hit the ground.

Waiting on my Amazon order so I put the bumper on and tested the bags :peace:

I'm putting on 40s so that bumper will be 4" off the ground at full drop. It's the price to pay to keep it 4x4 . But having a Dana60 high pinion up front is cooler ;)
