Having problems removing the oil pan from my 2002 5.9 magnum. Do you have to lift the motor to get the pan out or is there a trick to this, any suggestions?
You get this done yet? Just started unbolting my front diff this evening, changing my pan on my 2005 Dodge ram 1500 5.7 that has a 3” body lift and 2” levelling kit. The body lift has made it easy to get to the 5 bolts on the driver’s side and they all came out rather easy with a breaker bar and WD40. Waiting on new pan and gasket to arrive.
