2004 5.7 hemi running ruff

Started out with check engine light had it checked problem showed up as bank one sensor one replaced it twice couldn't get light out. Still running ruff changed plugs which were bad and cleaned throttle body still ran ruff. Checked fuel pressure at rail and it pegged a 80 psi gauge replaced pump smoothed out idle somewhat but when you put load on engine (hold brake with transmission in gear) runs ruff and back fires. Also replaced crankshaft sensor; does anyone have any suggestions where I should go next.

Wonder if your timing chain slipped a tooth, have you ever had it replaced? Just a thought
