so I just bought a 2005 Ram Daytona and i was changing out the rear diff fluid and I noticed metal chunks. I noticed that the spider gears were missing chunks of teeth. The drive gears looked all intact. I have the Chrysler 9.25 axle with 3.92 ratio. I don’t see anything about limited slip diff on my build sheet so I assume it’s an open diff. The chewed up gears have 11 teeth and the drive gears have 14 teeth. I can’t seem to find any replacement 11 tooth spider gears anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

That is a open differential. Best place to get the gears is the dealer.
