2006 1500 SLT 4.7L V8 Hesitating and super low idle

Hey guys, first time on the forum. I couldnt find an answer in the search so i apologize if this has been asked and answered already. Any who, my truck idles at 250-300 rpm randomly at stop signs and it just seems like it is hesitating to shift gears. Any idea of what this could be? I was thinking the throttle position sensor but i am not entirely sure.

Truck has a little over 72,000 miles on it and I have owned in for a year and a half. Oil changes every 3K

Any help would be much appreciated.

Forgot to mention there are no codes being thrown

Dirty throttle body,Idle control valve sticking ,or throttle position sensor any of those can make it idle crappy.
