My 2008 Dodge 3500 with dual climate control has been loosing the last setting when the truck is powered off for 30 seconds. If the switch is turned back on before 30 seconds it will have the last settings, after 30 seconds they are gone. To be clear if I am running the AC and turn off the truck for more than 30 seconds then restart the truck I have to again turn on the AC.
This started when I had to replace the batteries earlier this year. I have checked all wiring at the batteries and performed a soft reset on the TIPM. The problem still exist. The heat to AC control also seems to be not working correctly , but that can be corrected by the controller reset procedure.
