2009 uconnect blackout

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. My 2009 ram laramie has the touch screen radio without navigation, and when I started it up for work today the screen went completely black. There's still music, and I can control it from the steering wheel but that's it. I've already tried pulling the fuse, but nothing happened. If anyone has any advise I'd be greatly appreciative. Thanks!

ive had this happen to my 2013 twice.

ive turned it off and back on again and it seems to do the trick

Is there another way to turn it off other then pushing the volume knob?
