2011 Dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi Engine issues

2011 Dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi 199k on it replaced cam and all that good **** last year. Now i have a weird tapping noise almost like something is being kicked around on divers side. its Faint but it is def there you hear the normal lifter noise then this im thinking maybe something is lose buuut. Before i take the valve cover off on drivers side i would like to know what these 2 codes mean. Secondary coil/circut e and c ????? what cylinder would that be lol? no idea why its set up like that. truck does have a lil rough idle nothin crazy tho.

new plugs and 2 new coils runs lil better no codes now still have the weird noise tho took drivers valve cover off didnt see anything guna record it tmro and il post it here. I guess il eventually find out what it is when something blows/goes bad
