2011 ram 1500 radio bezel

Hey everyone im new to the ram forum so bare with me! And thanks in advance for any help!

I recently picked up a 2011 ram 1500 and im looking to replace the stock non navigation radio with my pioneer double din nav unit from my last ram. When I put the unit in my old truck I had to get a different bezel and I was wondering if I need to do the same with this truck? Also is there any efficient way of finding which bezel I might need (to match the interior correctly)? My local dealership doesn't seem to be able to find this information!

not at all. they made all the radio cavities double din past 08

You just need a install harness, install kit and do a little trimming on the metal mount braket for the oem radio.

No bezel, but like was said...a dash kit. Fills in the gaps on the sides of the unit. You'll probably have to cut or trim a metal bracket along the top of the cavity as well.

Oh yeah...and a harness that'll set you back around $130 if you use Cruthcfield or a local shop.

I found a much cheaper harness that worked in my truck it should work in most base model radios without the factory amps. Its just a pig tail harness that i got off ebay everything works like it should only thing i had to do was tap into a key hot i used the cigarette plug for it. I paid 28 for the harness and radio mounting kit.
