2012 5.7 Hemi cam lifter swap advice

I never done a cam and lifter job .
Keeping MDS to make it simple
What advise can you give me?
What parts will I need?
Can you give me a list of parts you used that is under$1000
Let me hear your stories on do’s and dont’s .
My concern is buying lifters and they are noisy. Do i need to buy the lifter guides , i think thats what they are called, the part that sits on top of the lifters.
Timing need all the advise there as well. Scared I will throw it out of time and do not know how to put it back. No books to go off of.
Need to spend little as possible . When I said I had $1000 to spend thats stretching it. Haven’t worked in 2 years and recently had a transplant . Thanks for steering me in the right direction.. south central Florida

If i step on the throttle like to pass someone it will start to sputter. Tick getting louder.

Dug right in and waiting for parts . Pretty easy job being my first time.
2 lifters were bad , cylinder’s 2 and 3

How do I find out what the torque specs are for the intake, heads, lifters , timing cover and exhaust manifoldbolts should be. Pretty much all the bolts that involves changing lifters and Cam.
