2012 reverse grind

So I've put about 5000km on my truck so far and my only issue is a slight grind when shifting into reverse. This doesn't happen when I go from park to drive.. only reverse.

Trans shifts very smooth, no hesitation at all. I always let the truck sit in neutral, apply parking brake, release brake and shift to park.

I would say this happens about half the time I get into reverse.

A quick google search says I'm not the only one but couldn't find a straight answer.

mine does the same, sounds like my truck farts when putting it in reverse its been doing it ever since I've had it and I got 52k mles on it
