Hey guys, brand new here.
I've been tuning my truck for about a year now, by myself, with my own hardware. Up until about a month ago I've had 0 issues till I made a mistake loading a tune into the truck and corrupted the PCM. Long story short I bought a rebuild PCM and put it in last week. I may have been a bit hasty but I loaded a tune into the next day and she ran great, up until yesterday when I was retuning some transmission things, uploaded the tune, and now she won't start.
All the classic 4x4 service lights, CEL, TC light, and other fun things pop up, PRND is yellow, and when the key is in run a relay (uncertain which yet) is going wild and clicking like crazy. It also sounds like the fuel pump is going on & off with the relay so I feel like its some kind of feedback loop that broke here.
After I got the rebuilt PCM in I also noticed the horn & fog lights didn't work even though they did before. I did a little bit of searching and found out they are controlled by the Body Control Module, so I am assuming here that's what might be messed up.
Does anyone have any insight whether it could be the BCM (if I need a new one or reupload of software) or some random electrical gremlin I angered?

Have you tried resetting it back to stock , then clear all ecm & bcm . Clear by removing all power not with a programmer . Disconnect all power for 30min or so. Or disconnect battery cables and hold em together for a min or so should clear all. Then see it she works stock & start over on your tuning . Getting edu macated is spencive.
