2013 Outdoorsman - complete replacement LED headlights from "topgearautosport"

2013 Outdoorsman 5.7 - I was thinking of upgrading to LED using this full headlight replacement kit - I do not have projector headlights.

This seems like a pretty good deal - anyone have experience with them? Will I need re-programming via ODB?

All they are doing is selling you a subpar headlight housing with some cheap led bulbs. If you're going to spend that much, but a set of gtr or morimoto bulbs for the low beams and a cheaper bulb for the high beam and you'd still come out cheaper. Or reach out to one of the vendors on this site.
If you buy that kit, you'll be extremely disappointed in the performance, and the housings are probably so subpar that they'll scatter all the light making it dangerous for you (unable to see anything) and for oncoming drivers (who will be blinded by all the scattered light). Even with halogen bulbs, the output will still probably be horrible.

+1 what hunterdan said. OEMs typically put decent headlights in vehicles. They have to protect themselves from lawsuits. Aftermarket’s are most often junk designed to separate you from your money. There are a few really high end aftermarket units that preform well but they are expensive. The OEM quad headlights are a good unit. Well made and direct light well for a reflector housing. The problem is the light source. Before you spend a lot on aftermarket housings try some LED bulbs in your OEMs. Even the cheap LED bulbs provide better output than the halogen 9005 and H11 bulbs.

That kit is most likely just for the LEDs "bulbs", all six for the Quad housings. It's a poorly worded advertisement most likely machine translated.

It clearly states left and right housings, bulbs included.
