2013 Ram 2500 Power Wagon Tradesman axle type

I am having a hard time finding info on this truck I just purchased. 2013 Ram 2500 Power Wagon Tradesman. What axels are in this truck? It has 4.56 gear ratio. Locking diff front and rear. Thanks

Is it the AAM 10.5 14 bolt? I know in 2014 they went to 11.5. I believe the aam 10.5 is equivalent to the dana 70?

The front is AAM 9.25
The rear is AAM 10.5 with limited slip when not locked
