2013 RAM 2500 Uconnect issues

Uconnect 8.4N screen will intermittently shut off while driving, about once every couple weeks. Screen fuzzes out white and then restarts, even while the vehicle is in motion. Also the other day it got stuck on the reverse camera screen until I parked and restarted my truck. Anybody had this happen or is my screen possessed?

Just a follow up on this, still getting the same issues, plus sometimes my screen goes completely unresponsive. Software is current.

Was finally able to get a video of this but can’t figure out how to post it. Here’s a pic of my screen with all the buttons/functions cleared out.

Did you try to refresh firmware and/or perform a factory reset?
