2013 sill plastic trim removal?

on a 2013 Ram Big horn how are the inside plastic trim on the rocker panel that covers the rocker and carpet. I need to get at the wiring. I know my 04 just snapped off. Is this still the same?
Do they still run wires under this to the back door also?


Do they just pull up?
