2014 flickering dash lights

Ive researched this issue and have found some similar issue.. but just wanted to aske here.

2014 ram 6.7

When headlights are off the dash lights flicker all the time...changing the dimness up or down doesn't do anything...

As soon as the headlights turn on the flickering stops...

Any ideas??
