2014 ram 1500 8.4 screen upgrade no ac

hi everyone

I switched to a 8.4 inch screen upgrade bought the radio and wiring harness adapter. after the install I lost my ac and wont work on the #7 speed on the fan. I installed the resister that came with the kit only thing I did not install was the blower motor resister which every video I seen showed near the feet area of the passenger side but mine is not there to replace it. Im assuming thats why its not working but was curious if anyone else had this issue and where it would be located to put that last part in?

Did you buy a new radio? Was it OEM? If aftermarket, I'd start with their technical support.

It is OEM it was bought off ebay out of a wrecked truck. the radio and everything else works fine just no ac
