Not officially, but we know the TT 1210 springs are 258 lbs/inc and they're supposed to be 25% extra load.
If we trust their numbers, then the stockers should be around 206 lbs/inc

Here is the 4th gen RAM 1500 rear coil spring rate i know so far:
TT 1210: 258 lbs/inch
TT 1211: 319 lbs/inch
TT1223V: 280 lbs (after the first 2" of compression supposedly that's their 2nd rate)
BDS 3": 240lbs/inch
Awesome. See the things I miss when im absent from the forums.

I see the first rate on the JT coil is super light @159 in/lbs. So i wonder if the top rate will end up dead winds. *Edit I see that they intend them to be dead winds to prevent unseating at full droop* Super curious to see how they work out.

If you want I can run out and measure my slf 140s

Sure if you can measure the top and bottom inside diameter that will be great.

Here ya go.

Top- 2.6"
Bottom- 4.5"
Wire Dia- .55"
Free Length - 20.5" (after sagging)

All values were with a cheap micrometer so are likely +/- .1" Dimensions are inside diameter of spring winds.

Thanks a lot Hodge, super stoked about the Clayton's. it seems they're going to fit like a damn glove.
Knocking on wood one more time :)
I really freaking hope so! And reading their description of them the Top rate will directly what we want, take the space of these stupid spacers. 2nd rate is right in the wheel house for what we want, and the bottom rate would def handle some heavy loads.

You're the delta on this one, but I may follow suit if it turns out they can handle some loads as well as perform like we want.

Brown truck arrived with the new Clayton package :)
It seems to fit the factory isolator so i'm waiting another hour or so to finish my office work and i'll tackle the fackers. Fingers crossed they'll fit just fine. I have my hopes so high i feel like a little kid with a new bike hehe.

Well here we go, these fackers are "BIG".
Here is a side by side so you can see The Icons vs the Clayton in full splendor :). The Icons are now the skinny ones, Claytons are Big Bertha hahaha.

Coils are wider, Don't have an vernier scale to measure diameters and what not, so the old tape will give us the general idea.
Per Claytons docs the top opening measures about about 5" diameter
49843591258_6d99fd9427_k.jpg2020-05-01_08-38-55 by RAM RSM, on Flickr

The Icons are almost 4.5"
49844133411_689746f4af_k.jpg2020-05-01_08-39-05 by RAM RSM, on Flickr

So no RAM rear coil spacers will ever fit.

the Lower opening measures 2.5"
49844439277_e036c2ea15_k.jpg2020-05-01_08-39-24 by RAM RSM, on Flickr

Icons are about the same
49843592558_3b322254a1_k.jpg2020-05-01_08-39-34 by RAM RSM, on Flickr

Also per the documentation, free lenght is 21.5"
49844131876_27ab5a9b61_k.jpg2020-05-01_08-38-26 by RAM RSM, on Flickr

Icons were 19.5" new, now 19" long after i think almost 2 years of offroad abuse.Testament of how resilient these fackers are.
49844441202_b889595af5_k.jpg2020-05-01_08-40-18 by RAM RSM, on Flickr

Clayton coil diameter is about 5/8
49844138691_9b9f8242b3_k.jpg2020-05-01_08-41-32 by RAM RSM, on Flickr

Icons are a tiny bit skinnier, again i don't have a vernier so i can't tell exactly

To install them. Same deal as the SLF-140, i had to disconnect the trackbar and the sway bar links, biggest difference now is how easy the suspension can droop with the Clayton arms on. i almost yanked the passenger side brake line and i have some relo brackets in there i fabricated myself when i got the Icons installed the first time.
I still had to compress the spring on that side because of this reason. The driver side has enough slack to even unseat the spring so i need to fix the passenger side.

They fit in the low seat

I was concerned with the top opening given how big they're but i didn't have any issues getting them in there. it seems like a tight fit though but i think perfect in the way i don't think anything will contact. Time will tell. The stock isolator still covers the whole thing, so again, time will tell how that will work out. Don't ask about that boo boo in the spring. The damn thing did slip from my hands whith both spring compressors on and i didn't have the safety pins on. Was the scariest thing to watch them fall down in slow motion and bounce in my driveway twice. ****!!!!!!! oh well i have a couple of cans with ol Rusteloum black so no biggies

I don't have pics with the final product, more to come tomorrow but mission accomplished. I was able to get rid of the damn Daystar spacers. The springs are brand new so i think i've picked a little more height than before. i finished without daylight but i'll take some measurements tomorrow. They seem they have more spring rate than the Icons but again i don't want to jump to any conclusions yet.So far they seem they'll hold more weight easy. I took the truck for a small drive to make sure everything was ok. Truck drove great but i'll have better impressions tomorrow.

So in summary, i picked up a little height, seem they'll handle more weight support which is perfect in my case since my truck rear weights 500lbs extra at all times. and the complement to all of this.... Shocks can be about 29 3/4 tops and the coil will still be seated. Prob keep it at 29.5" tops for safety.

Much nice!!!! I'm stoked to hear how these end up. More rate in the rear of these trucks will surely help with load, but thinking about it the stronger rate and thickness should help fight coil bow like I was dealing with as well. The SLF140s didn't necessarily sag on me per se, they have a significant permanent bow.

Definitely need some new pics of the rig

Definetely picked an extra 1/2 over the Icons with the 1" spacer
All things considered with the same weight
Icons + 1" Daystar spacer: 41.5"
Clayton, 42"
i'm expecting to be at 41.5 overtime, will see where they end in a couple of weeks.
again keep in mind i have 500lbs in the bed at all times so without weight this things will have your butt even higher.
They have the same clack clack like the Icons when going through speed bumps, i guess that's a thing for been progressive and how close the death coils seat from each other. I don't feel them harsh one single bit and the truck drives as nice as it did with the Icons.

Yes they bow, but i guess because they're wider you don't notice them as much from the outside. if you go down there and zoom in you can notice the bow.
To fix that you can extend the lowers just a smidge /put a correction wedge on the bottom, cut and reweld the lower perches etc.I wouldn't worry about it too much. they all bow one way or the other. My stockers were bowed out too at stock height i guess because of the way those lower perches are positioned with respect of the top? lifting the rear a little make it a little worse.

Oh heck yeah. they'll come handy with your truck weight. I'm not expecting them to sag like the Superlift 140's did but i can let you know more in about a week. The SLF's did sag down almost in full in about that time, full 2" sag in 2 weeks :)

I should have worded it more like, "do they look like they wanna shoot out and kill someone"?

They look like the normal bow that my bilsteins have, which in a normal characteristic of coils. I'm still scarred from those superlift coils, they did all kinds of weird stuff, including looking like they wanted to spit out.

I really like the idea of these coils, I'm gonna let you run them and see how they hold up, but currently you have 1/2" more in the rear over my setup as well, and these seem like they'd allow me to run a bed drawer setup like I've wanted and not squat into oblivion.

Now do what you do best, find the limits to these things would ya?!?!?!

I'll let you guys know for sure. So far so good i went out for a drive with the family to get away from the Covid lockdown chit and did a before after measurement as my kids weight combined is an extra 400lbs in the rear seats. The springs only sagged 1/4" from 42" to 41 3//4 so i'm stocked. I'm thinking to call Accutune on Monday to discuss new rear shocks.

I'll leave one more pic in here.
