Sorry to raise this back up, but is there any reason a shop wont be able to do this spec for me with bilstien 6112s at 2.8 and zone UCAs?
Nope, they should be able to do it as the ucas have the offset to allow for more camber and caster. Show them the sheet and explain to them you want -0.2* camber in both sides, caster in the 5* and toe between 0 and 1/16

Got the tires on and no issues whatsoever so far, they seem to be a little more skinnier than the Falken in 315's, they're taller as well as expected, i went with this tires for that reason, they wouldn't be as big as Nitto MT 37 for example i'd guess they're about 1/2" smaller, they're also lighter than my Falkens at 69lbs compared to 72lbs, i feel no difference in power delivery so far.

Went home to re-program the speedo

Then went for a quick break-in session at my local offroad spot. Rubbing is so minimal i won't even worry about anything for the time being, and she's rubbing pretty much where i was expecting it as judged by the pci below, other side has a little more caster so i have about .5" gap in that same spot.

Came to find the Hellwig doesn't inhibit rear droop but it robbed me uptravel, about 3/4" at full tuck so i take back what i said about the Hellwig sway bar not hurting performance,... it does take about 3/4” of uptravel on the most outer holes where i have it. In my case the new tires are 1.5” taller than before so perhaps she’ll rub back there if I didn’t have the restriction.

So far i haven't rubbed slow crawling off camber

I did test giving her some speed in the dirt road but couldn't go higher than 30-35mph. So far the tires don't seem to be contacting anything at that speed.

Will update later on as i rack some more miles and give the Kings some love in the desert :)

Came to find the Hellwig doesn't inhibit droop, but it robbed me some shock compression, about 3/4 at full tuck which in my case is not bad anyways as the tire is taller anyways, but i take back what i said about Helling not hurting performance, it does even on the most out hole.

Clearance wise, seems to be same thing i had when i was running the Ranchos without the Icons springs (edge of the tire to the edge of the fender).

Looks perfect. Christ I want these.....

You decided against the Milestars Patagonia MTs?

Those are great tires but they don’t seem to last more than 30k on a Jeep and the RAM is heavier so I didn’t want to take the chance. The KO2’s are more expensive initially but will last twice as long so they’re cheaper long run. I’ve had the KO2’s before as well and I know the tire and what to expect in terms of weight, longevity, tire construction and all terrain traction. I still want the Patagonias but will get them for my Jeep WJ.

The only thing i'm still expecting is a slight reduction in MPG because they're 1.5" taller than the Falkens but will see. Driveability wise i don't notice i've changed tires. Cornering is still the same as before, truck feels really nice overall speed bumps are still plush as before, acceleration feels the same. Tomorrow i'll have the truck on the fwy as i'm going to the office so i'll take her up to 70-80mph.

I did more offroad testing today and found the tire did hit the fender once, to my surprise going slow and not fast, so i just took the hammer out and quickly fixed the issue :), i'll keep en eye out for more contact just in case. Worst case i'll take the big hammer and knock down that lip inwards and call it a day.

Uptravel effects of Hellwig vs Factory swa bar

Diff is about 1/2" and with the Hellwig i don't seem to grasp for the oh chit handle when the truck goes off camber, so even though i'm loosing 1/2" uptravel the feeling in those type of situations wins over the little loss in total travel :)

This is the where the tire rubs. and this with 4.5* caster, if you have less you'll rub more.
This is pretty much full tuck

Awesome. I'm really interested in how the freeway goes. Honestly I'm still researching tires, and I was dead set on 285 75s till I saw this.....obviously it's gonna hit mpg a bit more than staying to the smaller tires will just by sheer size, but dinky and a few other on the 285 75s have reported no difference between that size and 35s. So if you are close to the way 35s drove, and the weight being less comparatively speaking I might just say **** it. I mean honestly, the lightest 285 75 I saw is the cooper at3 @ 57lbs. Right in the wheel house of 315s and 35s without the size so I'm not saving much. I'd stick to either ko2 or at3xlt as they both modest in size and weight.....damn You!

Just need new wheels if I'm gonna commit to a wider tire.
