Hey what’s up everyone I’m new to this forum and have a couple of questions about adding on some things to my truck. I added a mufflex dod18m to the exhaust system, added Westin pro traxx 4 inch nerf bars as well. Also purchased a cover for the bed. Any recommendations on leveling kits, tires and wheels to put on? I’ve been looking around on other websites and didn’t find any wheels that would look good on the blue pearlcoat. Thank you

Most guys around here seem to end up doing the height adjustable Bilstein 5100s in the front set to 2.1" or 2.8" for a level. That is what I will probably end up doing in a few months as well

Bilsteins 5100 leveling shocks for the front to level it--maybe a spacer in the rear. Wheels and tires are really a personal decision, there is about a 1000 choices--google is your friend.

I’ve been on google and different websites. Couldn’t find much with the blue pearlcoat

So unrelated but the guy who did my shocks told me to stay 2.1 on those instead of 2.8. He thought that the Ram would be maxing out at 2.8 and I would be safer long term at 2.1 as the level which saved me from buying the rear spacer

With that blue color, some(most)guys go with a Black and Blue theme and black out the emblems, remove all the chrome and put black wheels on. The other owners like the chrome look and leave the chrome on the truck and leave the emblems chrome and then go for a chrome or polished aluminum wheel. So I guess it all depends on the "theme" of the whole truck your going for.

I agree with Pull Ya. I would get black wheels, not only does it look slick it also opens up a lot more options than blue wheels.

Agree with Pullya... there's two choices and it depends on your personal preferences. Chrome or Black. Colored wheels that match a non black vehicle tend not to look too great on trucks. That said, you could do light accents that color match, but chrome/black is safer.

btw... am I the only person that thinks that paint looks black? lol

The truck color is such a dark blue in most lights it looks black. Which was one of the reasons I purchased this ram. I made the decision to go with the billstein leveling kits with the chrome wheels. Any suggestions on tires that would look rugged (kinda ******* of me to say that)
