Having had both no cut and cut brackets, on the same truck, from IHC.

The no cuts moved without welding and the cuts were a pain to install, without a plasma cutter, and not reverseable if you want to go back stock.

However they did make it simple enough that a cave man could install them within .30 degrees plus or minus, so they stayed inside the rear thrust specifications developed by Ram for alignment.

I still believe you could have just installed the bottom brackets on the no cuts and it would have worked out, but you would need adjustable arms.

Obviously he just set up for racing but frostbite did a video on it. Start about 3.05. Obviously you can see he welded everything

I welded mine in place ,as right from word go i figured they'd move around, lol.
Dylan copied Coopers idea, which we came up with at the local track,as i'd bought the Illicit brackets and after install i knew moving the upper mount wasn't as big a deal as moving the lower mount, and Steven and i came up with the lower mount idea, then Steven made up a couple sets at his buddies welding/fab shop, and tried to find somebody to buy the idea, and Dylan basically copied the idea

i drove it around a bit yesterday and it does ride a lot better, it only bottomed out once but it was on a really nasty dip/bump like when they are working on a highway and i also had a passenger and the rears were at 4 i believe

i do think its a lot better now, i just need to make sure the pinion angle is where its supposed to be and not eye balled.

but i did get it up to 90/100 and it wasn't vibrating.

100% the brackets moved it too far back, it was too far forward before the brackets, and too far back with them.

the adjustable arms pulled it closer to being centered, it looks basically like wild one's red truck.

i'm going to keep driving it, i think its pretty good but its no Cadillac lol

Personally have you maybe thought about going back to stock height,as i'm starting to think lowering a truck isn't for you,it's causing you to many issues, and you might be better off with a stock ride height

Looking good. Takes some 10 to 15 foot dead one side shots of the rear wheels on both passenger and driver side, then take a low shot of the rear end dead center.

Want to see if it's settled

it looks pretty centered now, depending on the angle you look at it it looks perfect or like 1/4 inch too far back so i'm pretty happy with it. its stiff but i'm happy with the ride now

i had some time yesterday, i took out the spare tire, and with a better angle i could see the pumpkin was hitting that bracket thing that people were talking about, i cut away part of that bracket so it wouldn't hit and sure as **** it doesn't slam anymore.

truck rides much nicer over big bumps, no slamming. i'll keep driving and seeing if it slams over big bumps or dips or whatever, but it hasn't so far.

best mod to truck ive done so far LOL

Did you ever remove the springs and jack it up till things hit or go into a "bind". The front of the locating arms are also a known "bind" point, and the only way to really check them for binding,is by removing the springs and jacking the diff up till it hits or binds and quits going up and starts to lift the truck.

yeah i did nothing seemed to hit or even be close as far as the arms are concerned.

when i did that the pumpkin missed the bracket too. must act differently when driving normally

Take a good glob of grease and spread it so it's about a 1/2" tall and about 4" long on the tops of both locating arms at the front where they bolt to the frame, then go for a drive and hit some good bumps,(helps to throw a couple sand bags in the box to help weigh it down),and then see if the grease has left any marks on the frame or the bottom of the top locating arm.If there's no grease tracks, you can rule out the arms being the issue

I'd contact Benny @AllMoparParts.com the forum vendor. Give him your VIN and he'll hook you up

They don't interchange, the 4X4's use a strut and spring. Did you check your local marketplace / craigslist / local wreckers etc, you might find somebody wrecking a truck,or who's put a lowering kit on,and is selling their original springs
