I have developed a popping / clunking sound when turning at low speeds. No sounds straight or at highway speed. This usually happens turning to the left and does not do any thing while standing still just turning wheel. Any ideas what this could be almost sounded like loose rim but checked torque on all just in case. This is not lifted but is leveled. Any ideas would be helpful as all part look, balljointd etc look good from what I can tell.

First check shocks, the bushings and the shocks themselves. CV boot, you just replace the entire axle is the likely cause. It is not terribly costly, axles are cheap and about an hour. I had mine go out with level set at 2.8, there is a lot more travel at 2.8 over 2.1 if you use bills. Meaning, if you set bills at 2.1 it will be easier on your suspension pieces such as ball joints and axles. If you have a spacer level, well that can easily cause stress on suspension, much for then bills level.
