2018 Laramie LED tail light replacement issue

Hi yall, I have a 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie. I recently bought some AKKON LED tail lights through amazon. The website said it would fit my truck. Well apparently the tail lights are for trucks that do not have stock LED tail lights. There is little to no information online about this issue I have. Is there any way to make these lights work on my truck? Thanks ahead of time.

You’re better off just returning them. Their are conversion harnesses that you could use but the cost would not be worth it. And on the subject, why are you upgrading factory LED tail lights with aftermarket lesser quality versions? The stock LED tail lights are just as bright as aftermarket. If you’re doing it because you want tinted tail lights just by the nightshades spray and tint them yourself.

Well someone ran into my passenger side tail light and broke it. I've also always wanted the black smoked smoke lenses. I could get both smoked lenses tail lights for a little over $200. One original LED tail light for my model is about $350.

Any chance you know what conversion harness I would need to buy? Just to look into it. I appreciate the help very much.
