2018 Lone Star Silver Edition

I went to look at the 2019 Rams but did not find one in the color I wanted or with the equipment I wanted. I was about to leave the dealership when my Wife spotted one with a completely different grill than the others. She drug me down there to look at it and all I could say is WHITE?????. I had never owned or even wanted a white vehicle. It just looked too commercial for me. This truck however was something different. The woven grill with the Lone Star Silver Edition Badge really adds to the looks. The interior is really great looking and it has all the bells & whistles I wanted in this truck. It sure didn't hurt that the salesman was throwing money at me to buy this special edition 2018.....in all truthfulness it was the best deal I have ever made on a new vehicle. So I took it home. Do I miss my 2015 Big Flame Red Ram 4X4...yes!! But White Lightening will serve me well. It is also a lot cooler inside at the end of these hot Texas Days. I hope you like my new ride as much as I do.

Yeah that grille and those wheels look great! I wish that package were available elsewhere. I've only seen them on Texas trucks thus far. White ain't too bad once you get used to it. How about a couple of interior pics and of course welcome!

Ill try to get some interior pictures ASAP. It is a 4X4, but the tires are more of a street type than off road. That's my only complaint. I am thinking about buying a set of All Terrain Tires like I had on my 2012 Ram 4X4 and find some nice but inexpensive rims for them. That way When I am headed for some serious off road (like during the upcoming hunting season) I can swap them out.

Nice rig, OP...love white (both my '16 Reb and the wife's '14 Cayenne S are some shade of it), especially in our hot Texas summers! Plus, they're just not that noticeable by the boys in blue as other colors are...that's huge considering my heavy left foot!

Be sure to drag that thing to the various Ram Forum meetups...you heading to HOU for Lone Star Mopar Fest? If you're in or around Victoria, it's not that far a drive, plus McB will be doing some serious grilling!
