2018 Ram 1500 (Grinding Noise)

I just had a new set of tires put on and now I am noticing a grinding sound when slowing down without braking as I just got new brakes put on a few months ago. Sounds like it is in the front. Any Ideas before I bring it in?? Maybe it has nothing to do with the tires.

Maybe they bent the dust guard in the back of the rotor? Dont know how changing tires theyd manage but with the help I see in these shops ANYTHING is possible.
Jack up the wheel and manually spin it and see if you can pin point the issue.
