I have had many issues with my truck the latest was it lost all programming and had to be towed to the dealer and reprogram all modules. Dealer gave no explanation as to why it happened or what caused just reprogrammed and gave it back. A year ago the rear sonars and rear auto stop failed and I backed into a stump hit between two sensors again no explanation. LED tail light failed, both exhaust manifolds cracked, Battery failed at 18 months. Ram box lids blew off twice, Stereo/blue tooth issues. I also have 2 - 2018 Ram 2500 HD service trucks both needed all rotors replaced at first brake job not caused by pads again Ram would do nothing.
Today my dealer told me I should sweet talk manufacturer and maybe they would help with repair costs. I consider my self a good customer I also a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country and a 2015 Charger R/T. I believe I have purchased my last Ram/Dodge or Chrysler.
