2019 Ram classic metal key

Has anyone got a key fob to take place of factory metal key I have manual windows and door locks I hate the metal key and want a fob instead I can careless about remote start just want the fob

It probably could be done, but would require programming on the vehicle and be very $$$.

The fobs still function as a key anyway, unless you have the higher trim level Rams with push button start.

You still shove it in a slot and turn it.. the fob that is.

I called a few dealers today some said I can do it and most said it can’t be done because of some code in the computer and are you saying I can buy a key fob and use it to turn my truck on and off
