Has anyone actually had their issues with the 12" touch screen successfully resolved by Chrysler?
Ram 2019 2500 Laramie Currently 16,000 miles.
Have had an issue with the 12" display that everyone is talking about. My screen has been replaced THREE (3) times.
I will not elaborate on all my experiences. Zubek employees are trying to help, I know that, but they can't get any answers either.
I have tried to contact ANY engineer in the company. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
I called RAM CARES..................sorry, worthless.
No one wants to fix this. I am just suppose to GO AWAY.
That has been my 4 year experience.
