2019 RAM Power folding mirror

Had my new truck for month, now the driver side mirror does not fold jerks back and forth, when I press the power button to fold them. I heard its a common problem. will take back to the dealer. see the link I found in you tube the same issue I have.

I had the same problem with mine 2019 Ram 1500 Longhorn. Dealer replaced both and now the passenger side is doing it again. Dealer says their wait time for an appointment is 7-10 days just to diagnose and they expect me to leave it there to get into a "queue". Has anyone heard this before? @RamCares is this something you can help with?

I have a 2019 BH Level 2 with mirror problems. Dealer confirmed issue (did not take a rocket scientist to see it) and looked for a star case on it. They said they could not find one so they could not help me about the mirrors. It has a whole 16089 mi. on it. Ram Cares, would you look see if there is a star case for the mirrors and talk to Brittney at Foundation Ram. Thank you.

I checked them out, and I'm just asking for the future but does this problem not widely exist on the 2500s? Gruven says to hit them up if you're having issues...so I feel like they haven't had to design the parts yet.....Anyone know?
