Have the above w 20” ram wheels. What is max width for new tires. Also, recommendations on A/T tires? Want a good profile but don’t want road noise or impact/major impact on mileage. Just put in K&N air filter and gained 2 mpg. (4wd ecodiesel). Was leaning toward Toyos.

Also, about to get fuel filter replaced, should I run any cleaner prior to or after? Any diesel additives I should be adding regularly? Live in warm and lovely Cocoa Florida.

About the biggest tire that will fit without raising the suspension is a 285/65-R20 tire. It has a diameter of 34.59 inches, a width of 11.22 inches, and a sidewall height of 7.29 inches. You can use a tire size calculator to compare different tire sizes.

Be aware if you are putting these on stock wheels you should check inside clearance to make 100% certain they do not rub upper control arms as not all Ram's are created equal.

If you use aftermarket wheels with a different offset this might not be an issue, but could create areas where there could be different contact points

When I had a GM glow plug diesel I like to use the red line “diesel fuel catalyst’ product. It made cold start way easier and eliminated exhaust smoke. I just went to the red line site. It looks like they renamed it “Diesel fuel additive”
