2023 Ram Longhorn Navigation Screen Reset

Hello,

I just purchased a new Ram 1500 Longhorn and love it! Only issue is the TomTom navigation screen keeps resetting. I googled a few options and did the reset but that didn't work. Dealership said after running about an hour the Navigation should reset itself but that didn't work either. Anyone else having this problem?
