Hello! I own a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn North Edition with 167,000 miles, and I’m starting to have some issues with the front suspension. I’m hearing rattling noises over bumps, and one of the shocks (or both, not sure) is squeaking.

Given the mileage, I’d prefer to replace all the suspension components at once rather than sourcing each part individually. I’ve been looking for a complete OEM front&back suspension kit—something similar to the MDS delete kits that some companies sell—but I haven’t been able to find a full kit online.

Does anyone have recommendations for a complete suspension replacement package or a good supplier that offers one? Also, since the North Edition has a slight factory lift, how should I take that into account when choosing parts or a kit?

Thanks in advance!

I know you said you are looking for oem, but why not consider a full eibach kit or a bilstein one? Not just for a little better performance, but i would have to guess it would be a bit cheaper than oem.

The fronts are adjustable height, so you could easily get it right back where you want it.

I fully agree with olyelr, Bilstein 5100's or Eibach pro kit would be the way to go coupled with Zone UCA's. Message me if you would like some more info and pricing
