I know I have brought this up before, but I went mudding one night when it was raining and didn't get stuck thank God; but I got really tired of my engine screaming at me when I would go to make a cut. I obviously can't change the fact that I have a 3.7 so why not make the best of it. Any suggestions regarding: air intake, gearing, superchips, or anything else that will increase my trucks performance, I'm all ears and would appreciate any input.

Drive it until the wheels fall off and save your geech for the next one. You're not going to do anything that's really worth it. Sucks, but even the pentastar doesn't have a bunch you can do short of forced induction.

He doesn't have the pentastar, even that would be better. The 3.7 is just a 4.7 minus 2 cylinders with a little bit longer stroke. Not sure if anyone makes a programmer (Hypertech might?). Gears will help alot, as would a converter, the 3.7's powerband is a bit high in the rev range. You could get custom cams made, etc, but I don't think you could custom tune it to take advantage of it. Drive it for a while, save your pennies. Trade it in on something with a V-8.
