Found the attached picture in the linked power power above. Says 8.5 qt dry fill.

That won't include the cooler or lines,but should include the convertor. I'd think the cooler and lines should take another couple quarts or more. If you were real **** about getting all the old stuff out,you could disconnect the cooler lines at the rad and flush the cooler with an old school syphon style wash gun with the pressure backed down to 30psi.I did that when my 8 speed went south,but the tranny was out on the ground,so it wasn't that hard to get at the lines to flush them or at the cooler to flush it.But you'd have to be **** as hell to do it with the tranny still in the truck,the cooler you could flush easily enough,but disconnecting the lines on the top of the thermal unit so you could flush them would probably make you swear,lol.
