I want to run 37' tire. The mods I will have will be a tuner, Mag Y pipe, CAI, Flowmaster muffler. I have 3:55 gears. Will 37's be worth it and still get ok MPG?

From what I'm finding, 37's might be a little much with the 3.55's and your mileage will suffer anytime you go with bigger tires. It can be done though. The question is, what's more important to you, mileage or looks/off road capabilities.

With 37's your looking at averaging at 10-11 mpgs, I average 13 mpgs with 35's. So as long as fuel economy is not important then go for it! Your truck may seem sluggish tho with 37's and 3.55 gears!

I don't think you are ever going to be able to fit 37' tires... the biggest tires anybody on here runs is what...? 39", or maybe 40"...

just yanking your chain over technicalities lol ;)

Lol i saw that too and said the same thing. Then imagined a truck on 37' tall tires. I laughed to myself.

With an 87 mm ptb, high flow cats/cutout, tuner, CAI, and 3.55's I get roughly 10.6 mpg

I run 37's Stock:) only the back though): and i know my trucks a little older but even with my 4.10 gears my mpg took a hit/: but sure makes the off roading more fun:) this is why i have 2 trucks, one for mpg and one for mud and looking sexy.

I have decided on 35's..... I really want to do 37's but I figure with 35s Id be able to have more off road fun, and be able to do a few more mods with the money I save from getting 35s.

That's probably the best decision, only reason I went with 37s cause they were free:) used but still in good shape.
