4.7 Spark Plugs

Hey all, been awhile since i have been here! my ram is hitting 6y.o and has original lower plugs, and changed uppers at 65k. My truck currently has 87k miles. last 12-15k miles have been heavy city. Are the lower plugs a mileage thing, or also a time thing?

When should i do them, 100k?

I wouldn't go any more than 100k, personally. If it were my truck, I'd start looking for times to change them after 90k, and probably get to them around 95k.

That being said, I always try to do maintenance a touch early. Up to you.

Strangest thing I've ever heard: replace top row and side row plugs at 100k, replace top row at 140k, replace ignition cables at 100k

If they are copper I would do it sooner. Platinum are not good for 100k. If the factory plugs are iridium you can run it out to 100k.
