Trying to diagnose misfires on all driver's side cylinders.

Mice chewed the wiring harness that feeds the ignition modules and injectors on odd (driver's side) cylinders. I pulled the intake and was able to successfully splice all wire back together. After putting everything back together, I started the engine only to find it still misfiring on the odd bank.

My question:
Once the computer recognizes an issue like this, does it require a dealer to clear the condition even though it's fixed?

Misfires cab be a cam sensor. One 10mm bolt. Its back in and under the alternator. Pull it straight back with curved tip needle nose, then disconnect its connector.
The 5.7l must be cylinder to cylinder matched: 1/6, 2/3, 4/7, & 5 to 8.
Anytime you work on an electrical, remove the Negative battery post. This also will clear any DTC codes, like P0300.
