You hit the nail on its head. The truck is built for a purpose - to work ok on road but very well of road and great on snow. Looks are a secondary concern

I will mark this thread to follow by my own proyect. I’m considering 37” ínstead of 44 tyres but all the rest are like i want.
What about the shift timming improve? Do you think that will need a extra module to improve the operation of 48RE?

Thanks. I ran my old Ford F350 on 37" Toyo. It was very cabable and nice to drive.

We will see about the trans. The 5.13 gears should help.

Oh I get it my company built a truck to go over there. Im saying the look isn't my style :b when we built the one truck it looked almost stock.

That will look better! Did you extend the bump stops? If not if you hit a bump the tire will contact the fender

No. I just cut and cut until the tire fits in full turn and full suspension travel

Yes, this truck looks very nice. My old truck has these same 49" IROK tires. Very good off road - terrible road manners! I never even considered them for my build

what's the air pressure in those 49's and 44's out of curiosity? do you use an onboard compressor to raise and lower the pressure as needed?
