4WD BLINKING

I have replaced my acutalator transfer case motor switch and the 4x4 switch in the cab, (All new parts ) . I reconnected the battery, started the truck up the 4wd light is on, and not engaging the 4 lo is blinking . I put the truck in neutral with brake on to see if it'll stop blinking or endangerment, I drove under 5 mph and switched the 4x4 in high and low still blinking .?. Will have anything to with the TCM? Any help would be appreciated kindly . Thank you in advance

Did you verify wiring to and from for continuity/voltage?

Do you actually hear the transfer case motor actuate? When you installed it, did you make sure to align the new transfer case motor sprocket to the same position as the old one?
