5.7 hemi cam bearings

Has anyone changed out the cam bearings in a 5.7? Certain writings say they are “unserviceable” which I call BS. It’s a tight area of the block that be difficult to get at even if the thing was on an engine stand. What I thought anyway
I’d love to hear it’s doable - In the truck
