Did you manual shift??? Or just put it in drive and run it?? Either way, 355 and open diff that's a nice time.
Track was warm and there was a big NHRA event this past weekend so it was well prepped. Almost every pass I could go WOT right off the line until the sun went down. (2.1 60ft's during the day / 2.2s at night). Started in 1st, let the computer shift into 2nd (~6300rpms), then clicked the shift button to 3 so 2nd prime would hit at the shift point that Hemifever set (~6300rpms). Getting rid of the flowmaster muffler and installing the Mufflex y-pipe, I think, really helped with getting another mph in the 1/4 trap... 1/8th mile trap stayed the same as before (80-81mph).
I really wanted to beat my buddy's SVT at the track... So he gave me a 30roll on a back road, afterwards, and managed to put a half of a truck length on him by the top of 2nd prime. Way too sketchy to film it though.
